Regarding the report of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine for 2021

According to paragraph 2 of section II “Final and transitional provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Judiciary and the Status of Judges” and Some Laws of Ukraine on the Activity of Judicial Governance Bodies” No.193–IX dated October 16, 2019, powers of members of the High Qualification Commission of judges of Ukraine were terminated.

During 2021, no new Commission was formed.

At the same time, the Secretariat of the Commission within its powers in 2021 carried out:

On November 3, 2021, an online meeting of representatives of international assistance projects working in the field of strengthening the Rule of Law took place, organized with the support of the new USAID Justice for All Program. The event is dedicated to the discussion of digitalization in the field of justice with the participation of Ukrainian and international experts.
