Political stability, social equity, observance of human rights and freedoms, the dominance of high moral values in society largely depend on the conscientious work of court employees.

Court employees play an important role in ensuring the independence of the judicial branch of power, the implementation of constitutional norms, and the development of political and legal relations.

On November 3, 2022, an online meeting of representatives of international assistance projects working in the field of strengthening the Rule of Law took place, organized with the support of the USAID Justice for All Program.

The event was attended by international experts and representatives of the Ukrainian legal community. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was represented by the Director of Judicial Career Department of the Commission’s Secretariat Taras Neshyk.

Due to scheduled power outages in Ukraine, there is a possibility that the official website of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine may be temporarily suspended.

On September 29, 2022, a working meeting of the leadership of the Commission’s Secretariat was held with representatives of the USAID Justice for All Program: Head of the Program David M. Vaughn, Deputy Head Nataliya Petrova, Program experts Anna Sukhova and Elvira Faizullina.

The Commission was represented by Head of the Secretariat of the Commission Olena Ponomarenko, Director of the Judicial Career Department Taras Neshyk, and Acting Head of the International Cooperation Department Denys Kuznetsov.
