Yaroslav Dukh was appointed as a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the decision of the High Council of Justice dated June 1, 2023.
He graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 1997, receiving a degree in law, and further possessing law qualification.
For over 17 years, he worked in the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv city, and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, and for almost 4 years – as a detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
Since February 2000, he has headed units of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
In 2015–2016 and February 2022 – December 2023, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He has been awarded departmental and state awards.
