Roman Sabodash was appointed as a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the decision of the High Council of Justice dated June 1, 2023.
He is an advocate and has practised in the areas of corporate law, capital markets and organized commodity markets, and bankruptcy. He holds a scientific degree of Candidate of Juridical Sciences and an academic title of Associate Professor. He teaches the following disciplines: “Civil Law”, “Corporate Law” and “Case Law of the European Court of Human Rights” at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Department of Civil Law).
Roman Sabodash is a member of the Second Chamber and of the Third Panel of the Commission. He coordinates the Commission’s interaction with the Public Integrity Council. Roman Sabodash is a member of the working group on the development of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System under the Standing Committee of the High Council of Justice on UJITS.
