Roman Kydysiuk

Roman Kydysiuk was appointed as а member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine from among judges by the decision of the High Council of Justice dated
June 1, 2023.

He studied at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, graduating in 2001 with a degree in law.

For more than 20 years, Mr. Kydysiuk has been working in the field of administration of justice and the judiciary. In particular, he gained his professional experience as an expert of the Legal Expertise Department, a scientific advisor to a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, and an advisor to the Chairman of the Commission.

Since 2012, he has been a judge of the Commercial Court of Lviv Oblast and was elected as a delegate to the XIII Extraordinary Congress of Judges of Ukraine.

Roman Kydysiuk is a member of the Second Chamber and of the Second Panel of the Commission. He participates in working groups, established to coordinate certain areas of the Commission’s activities.
