Mykhailo Bohonis was appointed as a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine from among judges by the decision of the High Council of Justice dated
June 1, 2023.
He graduated from the Law Faculty of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a Master’s degree in law in 2006.
He worked as a legal adviser at the enterprise of the private sector of economy, as well as in public and patronage service positions. He was appointed as judge of the Vinnytsia Circuit Administrative Court by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated January 23, 2012.
Mykhailo Bohonis is a member of the First Chamber and of the First Panel of the Commission. He participates in working groups, established to coordinate certain areas of the Commission’s activities.
