Please be informed, that on October 02, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to conduct testing of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge in the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber, within the framework of the competition announced by the Commission’s decision
No. 112/zp-25 of June 03, 2025, to fill vacant positions of judges in the High Anti-Corruption Court, and to determine the schedule for its administration.
The schedule for the test of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber, can be found at the link.
If the participant’s surname does not match the one on the list, in particular due to a change of surname, it is necessary to immediately notify the Commission by phone (044) 233-63-85 and bring a document certifying the relevant change to the test.
The test will be held at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine at the following address: 9 General Shapoval Street, Kyiv.
The test will last 150 minutes.
There will be 150 test questions on general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber, of which 50 will be on general knowledge in the field of law and 100 will be on the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber.
The maximum possible score is 150.
The passing score for the test on general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialisation of the High Anti-Corruption Court, in particular its Appeals Chamber, is 75 percent of the maximum possible score, or 112.5 points.
The individual code and workstation for taking the test are determined at random using the blind selection method by the participant from among the printed and randomly hidden options placed in front of him/her.
The test will be conducted using computer technology.
