On July 19, 2023, at the meeting of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, it was decided to extend the term for consideration of the issue of judges’ secondment to two courts.
Having reviewed the notification of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine on the need to second judges, the Commission extended the deadline for consideration of the secondment of judges to:
- The Apostolove District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Region;
- Ternivka City Court of Dnipropetrovsk Region.
Also at the meeting of the Chamber, it was decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of the secondment of judges to the Sykhiv District Court of Lviv.
