The meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Vitalii Gatseliuk, Oleh Koliush, Ruslan Melnyk.
1. Based on the results of the interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced by the Commission’s decision № 95/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
1.1. To recommend Iryna Demchenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Orativskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast.
1.2. To recommend Mariia Kilyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Bolekhivskyi Town Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
1.3. To recommend Oleh Kosenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Desnianskyi District Court of Chernihiv City.
1.4. To recommend Nataliia Sukha for appointment to the position of a judge of the Volovetskyi Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast.
1.5. To reject the recommendation for appointment of Oleksandr Martyniuk to the position of a judge of the Khmelnytskyi Circuit Administrative Court.
1.6. To recommend Maryna Bulkat for appointment to the position of a judge of the Voznesenskyi City-Raion Court of Mykolayiv Oblast.
1.7. To recommend Yurii Demianov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Khmelnytskyi City-Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
1.8. To recommend Iryna Kyryliuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Tarutynskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast.
