The meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Liudmyla Volkova, Roman Kydysiuk, Ruslan Sydorovych.
1. Based on the results of the interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced by the Commission’s decision № 95/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
1.1. To recommend Vitalii Solskyi for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kolomyiskyi City-Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
1.2. To recommend Tetiana Zashchytynska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Zhashkivskyi Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast.
1.3. To recommend Taras Hundiak for appointment to the position of a judge of the Nadvirnianskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
1.4. To recommend Halyna Pidhirska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kirovskyi District Court of Kirovohrad City.
1.5. To recommend Vladyslav Sidun for appointment to the position of a judge of the Mukachivskyi City-Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast.
1.6. To recommend Viktoriia Chepka for appointment to the position of a judge of the Uzhhorodskyi City-Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast.
1.7. To reject the recommendation for appointment of Yurii Pulkin to the position of a judge of the Commercial Court of Kharkiv Oblast.
