The meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Liudmyla Volkova, Roman Kydysiuk, Ruslan Sydorovych.
1. Based on the results of the interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced by the Commission’s decision
№ 95/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
1.1. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Anatolii Vyshnevskyi.
1.2. To recommend Vasyl Vyshnevskyi for appointment to the position of a judge of the Bilohirskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
1.3. To recommend Volodymyr Volosovskyi for appointment to the position of a judge of the Smilianskyi City-Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast.
1.4. To recommend Oksana Hryn for appointment to the position of a judge of the Novosanzharskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast.
1.5. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Olena Ishchenko.
1.6. To recommend Natalia Chaplina for appointment to the position of a judge of the Sosnivskyi District Court of Cherkasy City.
1.7. To announce a break in relation to Oleksii Dushyn.
1.8. To recommend Mariia Hlos for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kyivskyi District Court of Kharkiv City.
1.9. To reject the recommendation for appointment of Oleksandr Pozniak to the position of a judge of the Kyivskyi District Court of Odessa City.
