The meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Vitalii Gatseliuk, Oleh Koliush, Ruslan Melnyk.
1. Based on the results of the interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced by the Commission’s decision № 95/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
1.1. To recommend Oksana Morozovska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Myrhorodskyi City-Raion Court of Poltava Oblast.
1.2. To recommend Olha Pavliuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv City.
1.3. To recommend Olha Patsko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Korostenskyi City-Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast.
1.4. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Yurii Kulaiets.
1.5. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Mariia Markova.
1.6. To recommend Vasyl Martyniuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Sniatynskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
1.7. To recommend Iryna Moskalenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Talnivskyi Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast.
1.8. To recommend Mariana Musiienko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Vinkovetskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
2. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine included the issue “On correction of a misprint in the Decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine” in the agenda of the meeting.
Based on the results of the consideration of this issue, the Commission decided to correct a misprint in the first paragraph of the operative part of the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine of February 5, 2024, № 41/ko-24, indicating 859.25 points instead of 693 points scored by the judge of the Ternivskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City Yaroslava Naumenko, based on the results of the qualification evaluation for correspondence to the position held.
