Results of the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine within the Second Chamber of December 20, 2023

Seven members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took part in the meeting of the Second Chamber: Ruslan Sydorovych, Liudmyla Volkova, Roman Kydysiuk, Oleh Koliush, Oleksii Omelian, Roman Sabodash, Serhii Chumak.

  1. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the secondment of 1 (one) judge to Artsyzkyi Raion Court of Odesa Oblast.
  2. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of secondment of judges to the Berezivskyi Raion Court of Odesa Oblast.
  3. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of secondment of judges to the Biliaivskyi Raion Court of Odesa Oblast.
  4. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a submission recommending the early termination of the secondment of Stanislav Kyrychok, a judge of the Hadiatskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast, to the Oktiabrskyi District Court of Poltava City.
  5. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the secondment of 7 (seven) judges to the Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy City.
  6. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to refuse to submit a motion to the High Council of Justice for the secondment of the judge Olena Rozdaibida of the Bakhmatskyi Raion Court of Chernihiv Oblast to the Nizhynskyi City-Raion Court of Chernihiv Oblast. To leave without consideration the issue of submitting a motion for the secondment of two judges to the Nizhynskyi City-Raion Court of Chernihiv Oblast.
  7. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of secondment of 11 (eleven) judges to the Sumy Oblast Court of Appeals.
  8. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of secondment of judges to the Ternivskyi Town Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
  9. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the secondment of two judges to the Ustynivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast.
  10. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to extend the deadline for consideration of the issue of submitting a motion to second judges to the Tatarbunarskyi Raion Court of Odesa Oblast until January 17, 2024.
  11. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of submitting a request for the secondment of judges to the Marinskyi Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast.
  12. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of secondment of judges to the Chudnivskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast.
  13. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of secondment of judges to the Poltavskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast.
  14. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to announce a break until January 17, 2024, in the consideration of the issue “On the secondment of judges to the Commercial Court of Transcarpathian Oblast (the break in the meeting on December 6, 2023 was extended)”.
  15. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of secondment of judges to the Ruzhynskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast.
  16. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine included the issue “On Consideration of Organizational Issues of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine” to the agenda of the meeting.

Following the consideration of this issue, the Commission decided to postpone to January 10, 2024, the consideration of the issue of secondment of judges to the Babushkinskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, scheduled for consideration on December 27, 2023.
