The meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by 15 members of the Commission in plenary session: Roman Ihnatov, Mykhailo Bohonis, Liudmyla Volkova, Vitalii Gatseliuk, Yaroslav Dukh, Roman Kydysiuk, Nadiia Kobetska, Oleh Koliush, Ruslan Melnyk, Oleksii Omelyan, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash, Ruslan Sydorovych, Serhii Chumak, Halyna Shevchuk.
1. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, having considered the issue of suitability of judges of local and appellate courts for their positions, decided
1.1. To recognize the judge of the Artemivskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast Oleksandr Liubchyk as corresponding to the position held.
To make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Oleksandr Liubchyk to the position of a judge of the Artemivskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast.
1.2. To recognize the judge of the Orativskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast Oleksandr Slisarchuk as corresponding to the position held.
To make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Oleksandr Slisarchuk to the position of a judge of the Orativskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast.
1.3. To postpone the consideration of the case of the judge of the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv City Oleksandr Burlaka
1.4. To recognize the judge of the Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast Anna Mostetska as corresponding to the position held.
To make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Anna Mostetska to the position of a judge of the Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast.
