Eleven members of the Commission took part in the plenary session meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges: Ruslan Sydorovych, Mykhailo Bohonis, Liudmyla Volkova, Roman Kydysiuk, Nadiia Kobetska, Ruslan Melnyk, Oleksii Omelian, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash, Serhii Chumak, Halyna Shevchuk.
Following consideration of the issue of peculiarities of automated distribution of cases among the Commission members made following decisions:
To automatically distribute cases based on applications for participation in the competition for 550 vacant positions of judges in appellate courts announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023, № 94/zp-23 (as amended by the Commission’s decision of December 14, 2023 № 171/zp-23) among the members of the Commission, including during their absence (secondment, leave, temporary disability and other cases provided for by law).
To establish that during the distribution of cases based on applications for participation in the competition for 550 vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the Commission’s decision of September 14, 2023, № 94/zp-23 (as amended by the Commission’s decision of December 14, 2023, № 171/zp-23), the percentage of participation of the Chairman of the Commission will be 50, and the Deputy Chairman of the Commission 75.
