The meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by four members of the Commission: Liudmyla Volkova, Roman Kydysiuk, Oleksii Omelyan and Ruslan Sydorovych.
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, based on the results of the dossier study and the interview as part of the qualification evaluation of judges for their suitability for the position held, decided:
1.1. To determine that the judge of the Zhovtnevyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City of Dnipro Oblast Yurii Kozlov scored 711.375 points in the qualification evaluation for the position held.
To recognize the judge of Zhovtnevyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City of Dnipro Oblast Yurii Kozlov as corresponding to the position held.
The decision shall enter into force in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph 124 of the Rules of Procedure of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
1.2. To determine that the judge of the Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast Anna Mostetska scored 716.125 points in the qualification evaluation for the position held.
To recognize the judge of the Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast Anna Mostetska as corresponding to the position held.
The decision of the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine shall enter into force in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” and the Rules of Procedure of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
To refer to the plenary composition of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine to uphold the decision of the Panel on the correspondence of the judge of the Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast Anna Mostetska to the position held.
1.3. To determine that the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv City Larysa Radutska scored 720.625 points in the qualification evaluation for the position held.
To recognize the judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv City Larysa Radutska as corresponding to the position held.
The decision shall enter into force in accordance with paragraph 124 of the Rules of Procedure of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
The issue of upholding this decision shall be submitted for consideration by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in plenary session.
1.4. To postpone consideration of the issue of studying the dossier and conducting an interview within the framework of the qualification evaluation of the judge of the Balakliiskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast Valerii Khramtsov for correspodence to the position held.
1.5. To determine that the judge of the Ratnivskyi Raion Court of Volyn Oblast Stanislav Lozytskyi scored 775.125 points in the qualification evaluation for the position held.
To recognize the judge of the Ratnivskyi Raion Court of Volyn Oblas Stanislav Lozytskyi as corresponding to the position held.
