The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, based on the results of the dossier study and the interview as part of the qualification evaluation of judges for their suitability for the position, decided:
To determine that the judge of the Zolochivskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast Oleksandr Kipcharskyi scored 811.5 points in the qualification evaluation for the position held.
To recognize the judge of the Zolochivskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast Oleksandr Kipcharskyi as corresponding to the position held.
To postpone to December 20, 2023, the consideration of the issue concerning the judge of the Ratniv District Court of Volyn Oblast Stanislav Lozytskyi.
