Results of the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, held on June 18, 2025 in the First Chamber

Seven members of the Commission participated in the meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in the First Chamber: Pasichnyk A.V., Dukh Y.M., Kydysiuk R.A., Koliush O.L., Sabodash R.B., Sydorovych R.M., Chumak S.Y.

1. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration and return to the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine the notification on the need to consider the issue of secondment of judges to the Velykooleksandrivskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast.
2. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration the issue of early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Bakhmut City District Court of Donetsk Oblast Ruslan Dubovyk to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast and his simultaneous secondment.
3. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration the issue of early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Bakhmut City District Court of Donetsk Oblast Oksana Lapchenko to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast and her simultaneous secondment.
4. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration the issue of early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Bakhmut City District Court of Donetsk Oblast Oleksandr Liubchyk to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast and his simultaneous secondment.
5. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration the issue of early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Bakhmut City District Court of Donetsk Oblast Nataliia Pohribna to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast and her simultaneous secondment.
6. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to leave without consideration the issue of early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Bakhmut City District Court of Donetsk Oblast Olena Khudina to the Druzhkivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast and her simultaneous secondment.
