On 28 October 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision approving the ranking of candidates and determining the winners of the competition for vacant judicial positions at the Rivne Court of Appeal, based on the results of the qualification assessment conducted within the competition announced by Commission Decision No. 94/zp-23 of 14 September 2023 (as amended).
The Commission, sitting in plenary session, will consider recommending candidates for appointment to judicial office on 3 November 2026.

In addition, the Commission terminated the qualification assessment to assess suitability for their current positions in respect of six judges who had confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal within this competition.
