The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in connection with the appeal of the Public Integrity Council decided to postpone consideration of the following issues:
- on conducting interviews within the framework of the qualification evaluation of judges for their suitability for the position, scheduled for consideration by the Commission’s panels on October 16 and 18, 2023;
- regarding the support of the decisions of the Commission’s panels adopted within the framework of the qualification evaluation procedure for judges of local and appellate courts for their suitability for the position, in accordance with the third paragraph of subparagraph 4.10.5 of paragraph 4.10 of Section IV of the Rules of Procedure of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, appointed for consideration by the Commission in plenary composition on October 17 and 19, 2023.
The relevant meetings of the Commission are scheduled for November 13–16, 2023.
