In accordance with part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and Status of Judges”, a judge may be, upon his/her consent, seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a proposal from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

The consideration of the issue will take place at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (Kyiv, 9 General Shapoval Str.).
A judge who has expressed an intention to be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization shall submit to the Commission a personally signed consent in accordance with the established form (available for download here), to which he/she should attach:
1) Certificate in the prescribed form (available for download here);
2) Other documents that, in the judge’s opinion, may be taken into account when making a decision (if any).
The deadline for submission of documents is 7 days from the date of publication of this announcement.
The form of submission of documents is on paper.
Documents may be submitted in person or sent by mail.
Documents are accepted at the address of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (9 General Shapoval Str., Kyiv, 03110).
Time for personal submission of documents:
Monday tо Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 12:45 to 16:00;
Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 12:45 to 15:00.
Scanned images of documents sent by mail should be sent to the following email address: inbox@vkksu.gov.ua no later than the next day after the date of their sending, along with a scanned image of the document confirming the relevant sending.
