The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine Has Confirmed the Inaccuracy of Information in the Declarations of Two Judges and Will Refer the Matter to the High Council of Justice

On October 30, 2025, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, reports were considered regarding information that may indicate the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of the information and statements provided by judges in their declarations of family ties and integrity.

Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

To refer to the High Council of Justice regarding bringing the judge to disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the procedure established by Article 107 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”

To recognise as confirmed the information about the inaccuracy of the data specified by the judge in the declarations of family ties of the judge for 2014–2018, 2015–2019, 2015–2020, 2016–2021, 2018–2022, 2019–2023, and 2020–2024. To refer to the High Council of Justice regarding bringing the judge to disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the procedure established by Article 107 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”
