On April 02, 2021, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued two Decrees “On the appointment of judges” (№ 136/2021, № 138/2021).
As such, following part 5 of Article 126, Article 127 and parts 1 and 2 of Article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine to local general courts were appointed:
judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Mykolaiv HRYNENKO Mykhailo Viktorovych;
judge of the Bolhradskyi District Court of Odessa Region VYSOTSKYI Serhii Oleksandrovych;
judge of the Prydniprovskyi District Court of Cherkasy KONSTANTYN Vladyslav Mykhailovych;
judge of the Korolivskyi District Court of Zhytomyr FRANCHUK Serhii Vasyliovych;
judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv HOLOVKO Yuliia Hryhorivna.
It is worth recalling that on August 07, 2019, based on the results of the competition announced on July 02, 2019, the Commission submitted recommendations to the High Council of Justice on the appointment of 467 candidates as judges of local general courts (for more information click here).
