On May 19, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of three candidates for the positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Oksana Bespalok scored 714,9 points. The Commission recognised the candidate as having confirmed the ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Regarding Yaryna Teslіuk, a break in the consideration of her issue has been announced.
Regarding Serhii Kolodіazhnyі, consideration of his issue has been postponed.
Please be reminded that 55 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 28 vacant positions of judges at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 40 candidates: 26 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 6 failed to confirm it, and 8 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
