
On May 19, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 93 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 45 vacant positions of judges in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 43 candidates: 19 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 13 candidates failed to confirm it, and 11 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
