Competition for the Kharkiv Court of Appeal: One Candidate Has Confirmed Her Ability to Administer Justice

On March 31, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the positions of judges at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant positions of judges at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 9 candidates: 6 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, and 3 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. The qualification assessment process has been suspended for one candidate.
