On January 26, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of a candidate for the position of judge to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, Volodymyr Musiievskyi confirmed his ability to administer justice at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
15 candidates were interviewed for the position of judge at the Lviv Court of Appeal: 12 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal,
1 failed to confirm it, and 2 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
