On August 04, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of confirming the ability of eight candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the Commercial Court of Appeal and two candidates in the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

In total, 81 candidates were interviewed in the competition for the commercial courts of appeal: 55 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 21 candidates did not confirm this, and 5 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
In the competition for the Zhytomyr Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 13 candidates: 7 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 4 candidates did not confirm, and interviews with 2 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
