On July 16, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges of the appellate commercial courts were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:

In total, interviews were conducted with 57 candidates: 29 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial courts of appeal, 15 candidates did not confirm this ability and interviews with 13 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
