Competition to Administrative Courts of Appeal: One Candidate Failed to Confirm the Ability to Administer Justice

On July 16, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine interviews were held and the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:

In total, interviews were conducted with 66 candidates: 34 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 21 candidates did not confirm this ability and interviews with 11 candidates will be held at the plenary session of the Commission.
