On May 08, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine sitting as a Panel, reviewed the materials of 885 persons regarding their admission to the selection process for the position of a local court judge (passing the qualification exam).
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission decided to admit 823 persons to participation in the selection for the position of a judge (passing the qualification exam):
- 312 candidates for the position of a judge were admitted to passing the exam in administrative court specialization;
- 277 candidates for the position of a judge were admitted to passing the exam in commercial court specialization;
- 764 candidates for the position of a judge were admitted to passing the exam in general court specialization.
It should be noted that persons had the opportunity to choose one or more specializations for passing the qualification exam.
62 persons were denied admission to the selection process.
Over the course of three days, the Commission admitted 3 380 persons to participate in the selection for the position of a judge (passing the qualification exam). 336 persons were denied admission to the selection process (passing the qualification exam). Applications of 9 persons for admission to the selection (passing the qualification exam) were left without consideration.
