On December 17, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to the excessive workload in the court, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to second the following judges for a period of one year:
- Yevhen Lohin, judge of the Konotopskyi City-Raion Court of Sumy Oblast to the Dniprovskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Volodymyr Pavlov, judge of the Prylutskyi City-Raion Court of Chernihiv Oblast to the Novozavodskyi District Court of Chernihiv City.
