On June 03, 2026, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
In view of the excessive judicial workload identified, the Commission resolved to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for the secondment, for a period of one year, of:
- Anastasiia Remezok, a judge of the Oleksandriia City and District Court of Kirovohrad Oblast to the Dnipro District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Andrii Maznytsia, a judge of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Court of Appeal to the Dnipro Court of Appeal;
- Andrii Osokin, a judge of the Vyzhnytsia District Court of Chernivtsi Oblast to the Storozhynets District Court of Chernivtsi Oblast.
