On July 23, 2025, the First and Second Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation on the secondmend of judges to another court of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to excessive court workload, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation to transfer the following judges for a period of one year:
- Maryna Tkachenko, judge of the Zaporizkyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, to the Irpin Town Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Dariia Drach, judge of the Kosivskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, to the Umanskyi City-Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast.
