On February 28, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 9 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Vadym Spichak for appointment to the position of a judge of the Ovidiopolskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Nataliia Sytnyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Commercial Court of Chernihiv Oblast;
- Lesia Khaupsheva for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kirovskyi District Court of Kirovohrad City;
- Akhmedov Rizvan Akhmed Ogli for appointment to the position of a judge of the Khotynskyi Raion Court of Chernivtsi Oblast;
- Mariana Verbitska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Novodnistrovsk Town Court in Novodnistrovsk;
- Valerii Horbatiuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Vinnytsia City Court in Vinnytsia.
The recommendation to appoint was rejected:
- Sofiia Kvasha for appointment to the position of a judge of the Commercial Court of Cherkasy Oblast;
- Kateryna Mudrytska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Talalaivskyi Raion Court of Chernihiv Oblast.
