On February 22, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 16 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Oleksandr Poliakov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Dzerzhynskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Oksana Baran for appointment to the position of a judge of the Frankivskyi District Court of Lviv City;
- Yelyzaveta Kryvenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Chyhyrynskyi Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast;
- Yaroslava Kravchenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Valentyna Marchuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Illinetskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast;
- Oleksandr Petrenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Prydniprovskyi District Court of Cherkasy City;
- Oleksii Spesyvtsev for appointment to the position of a judge of the Frunzenskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Andrii Pasichnyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Monastyryskyi Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast;
- Kateryna Nikitina for appointment to the position of a judge of the Suvorovskyi District Court of Odessa City.
The recommendation to appoint was rejected:
- Konstiantyn Kubako for appointment to the position of a judge of the Biliaivskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Viktoriia Pavlova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kyivskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Andrii Solodovnykov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Bahliyskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
The interview was postponed with Yurii Pulkin.
A break was announced in the interview with Eduard Masiuk, Anastasiia Kozlenko and Mariia Hlos.
