On March 5, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 15 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Svitlana Petrenko for appointment to the position of a judge of Oleksandriiskyi City-Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast;
- Oleh Pasichnyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Moskovskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Olha Balatska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Rivnenskyi Town Court of Rivne Oblast;
- Maryna Maliuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Komsomolskyi Town Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Nataliia Melnyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Avtozavodskyi District Court of Kremenchuk Town;
- Ihor Ovsiienko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Smilianskyi City-Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast;
- Roman Myzychuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Korostyshivskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast;
- Anna Trenych for appointment to the position of a judge of the Zalishchytskyi Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast;
- Oleh Proskurnia for appointment to the position of a judge of the Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv City.
The recommendation to appoint was rejected:
- Olena Skremeta as a judge of the Bershadskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast.
The interview was postponed with Hryhorii Radanovych, Oleksandr Soproniuk, Yuliia Valovin, Andrii Melnyk, Yuliia Dmytrenko.
