On February 6, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 28 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Yevhen Zavhorodnii for appointment to the position of a judge of the Khortytskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia City;
- Liudmyla Haitko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Tsentralno-Miskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City;
- Yuliia Savchuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Inna Kovalenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Desnianskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Olha Maslova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Borodianskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Mariia Volynets for appointment to the position of a judge of the Turkivskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast;
- Oleksandr Bokov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Suvorovskyi District Court of Odessa City;
- Iryna Shynkarenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Oleksandriiskyi City-Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast;
- Oksana Yaroshchuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Babushkinskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Oleksandr Astapovych for appointment to the position of a judge of the Moskovskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Viktoriia Kapysh for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kompaniivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast;
- Oleksandra Fedko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Commercial Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast;
- Olena Banakh-Kokus for appointment to the position of a judge of the Rokytnianskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Maryna Dakhno for appointment to the position of a judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City;
- Denys Hrona for appointment to the position of a judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City;
- Nadiia Mahdiak for appointment to the position of a judge of the Teplytskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast;
- Luidmyla Andrusiv for appointment to the position of a judge of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast;
- Serhii Bystrov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Kirovohrad City;
- Serhii Kuzmenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Tysmenytskyi Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast;
- Yurchenko Yaroslava for appointment to the position of a judge of the Dniprovskyi District Court of Dniprodzerzhynsk Town;
- Valentyna Kravchuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Pidhaietskyi Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast;
- Tetiana Lidovets for appointment to the position of a judge of the Khorolskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Semen Balabai for appointment to the position of a judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Olena Voloshchuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Yuzhnoukrainskyi Town Court of Mykolayiv Oblast.
The recommendation to appoint Yelyzaveta Lukianenko as a judge of the Chervonozavodskyi District Court of Kharkiv City was rejected.
