On February 27, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 30 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Olena Fitsai for appointment to the position of a judge of the Hlobynskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Andrii Tarasiuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Dubrovytskyi Raion Court of Rivne Oblast;
- Dmytro Serputko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Chervonozavodskyi District Court of Kharkiv City;
- Vitalii Bilous for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kotovskyi City-Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Yana Levytska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Roman Karavan for appointment to the position of a judge of the Odessa Circuit Administrative Court;
- Viktoriia Tytarenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kovpakivskyi District Court of Sumy City;
- Zoreslava Kudyba for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kelmenetskyi Raion Court of Chernivtsi Oblast;
- Yurii Borteichuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Izmailskyi City-Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Oleh Kostiuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Rivnenskyi Town Court of Rivne Oblast;
- Olena Lopina for appointment to the position of a judge of the Mykolayivskyi Raion Court of Mykolayiv Oblast;
- Tetiana Vasyliuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Chornukhynskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Iryna Fedorovych for appointment to the position of a judge of the Pidvolochyskyi Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast;
- Olha Svizha for appointment to the position of a judge of the Velykomykhailivskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Iryna Martyntstova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Vasylkivskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Ruslana Kotenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Darnytskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Oleksandr Krasnoborov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Serhii Kuzmenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Pervomaiskyi City-Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast;
- Volodymyr Kondratiuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Radyvylivskyi Raion Court of Rivne Oblast;
- Olha Lelyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Pidhaietskyi Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast;
- Hanna Kozhykhova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kominternivskyi District Court of Kharkiv City.
The recommendation to appoint was rejected:
- Viacheslav Kovalyshkin for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kremenchutskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Nadiia Samborska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Teplodarskyi Town Court of Odessa Oblast;
A break was announced in the interview with Oleksandr Malyi, Myroslava Kunets, Maksym Kucheruk, Iryna Prypkhan, Maryna Tsyrulevska, Oksana Ovsiienko, Bohdana Chorna.
