On March 17, 2025, the plenary meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of recommending Oleksandr Harbuz for appointment as a judge of the Holovanivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast .
The suitability for the position of a judge, who is appointed for a five-year term, before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On the Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (regarding Justice)” must be assessed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge has passed the qualification evaluation and is recognised by the Commission as suitable for the position. Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice to appoint Oleksandr Harbuz to the position of a judge of the Holovanivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast.
