On 21 October 2026, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the submission of proposals recommending the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation to administer justice.
Due to the inability to administer justice at the court, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a proposal recommending the secondment of Dmytro Dudariets, a judge of the Nizhyn City District Court of Chernihiv Oblast, to the Sosnytsia District Court of Chernihiv Oblast for a period of one year.
Due to changes in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission will submit to the High Council of Justice proposals recommending the secondment of the following judges for a period of one year:
- Maryna Shevchenko, a judge of the Lysychansk City Court of Luhansk Oblast, to the Borodianka District Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Olena Zakharova, a judge of the Luhansk District Administrative Court, to the Zhytomyr District Administrative Court.
