On February 12, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of confirming or not confirming the ability of the candidate for the position of a judge of the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court, Pavlo Vovk, to administer justice in the relevant court.
The Commission decided to recognize Pavlo Vovk as such who did not confirm his ability to administer justice in the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court due to his failure to attend the session without valid reasons.
