The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to approve the coded and decoded results of cognitive ability testing conducted on September 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, 2025, as part of the qualification exam for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.

Admitted to the fourth stage of the qualification exam – completion of a practical assignment in the specialisation:
- Of local administrative court – 400 candidates for the position of local administrative court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to a local administrative court, who have successfully passed the cognitive abilities test and scored a passing grade (list available at the link in Ukrainian). The passing grade is 35.58;
- Of local commercial court – 411 candidates for the position of judge of a local commercial court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to a local commercial court, who have successfully passed the cognitive abilities test and scored a passing grade (list available at the link). Passing grade – 37.79;
- Of local general court – 2,851 candidates for the position of judge of a local general court and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to a local general court, who have successfully passed the cognitive abilities test and scored the passing score (list available at the link). Passing score – 34.69.
