Please be informed that on January 22, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine adopted a decision to admit 203 candidates who successfully passed the cognitive abilities test to the third stage of the qualification exam within the framework of the competition for vacant judicial positions in the appeal courts, as announced by the Commission’s Decision
№ 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended). The third stage involves completing a practical assignment in the specialization of appeal administrative and commercial courts, and the schedules for its implementation have been established.

If the surname of any individual listed in the schedule has been changed, it is necessary to promptly notify the Commission and provide a copy of the document confirming the respective change (contact details for notification: tel. +38 (044) 233-63-85, e-mail: zvernennia@vkksu.gov.ua).
Candidates for vacant judicial positions in appeal administrative and commercial courts will complete the practical assignment at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, located at: 9, General Shapoval Street, Kyiv, Ukraine.
For registration candidates must present a valid passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
The practical assignment will be performed using computer equipment.
Individual codes for completing the practical assignment will be assigned randomly using an automated generation method (via an information system).
Workstations for completing the practical assignment will be assigned randomly using a blind selection method, where candidates select printed, concealed options placed before them in a random manner.
Interested parties will have access to observe the completion of the practical assignment via real-time video streaming on the Internet.
The duration of the practical assignment is 360 minutes.
Maximum possible score: 150 points.
Passing score: 75% of the maximum possible score, or 112.5 points.
