Please be informed, that on August 04, 2025, the Commission adopted a decision approving the procedure for submitting applications by candidates for vacant positions of judges in the administrative and commercial courts of appeal within the framework of the competition announced by the Commission’s decision No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023 (as amended), applications for the position of judge, specifying the specific court.

The date and time for submitting applications for candidates for vacant positions of judges in administrative courts of appeal is August 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Registration of candidates begins at 8:30 a.m.
The date and time for submitting applications for candidates for vacant positions of judges in commercial courts of appeal is August 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Registration of candidates will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Candidates for the position of judge who intend to submit an application must appear at the Commission’s premises, located at 9, General Shapoval Street, Kyiv, on the specified date and time of registration and have their Ukrainian passport with them.
If a candidate is unable to appear on the date and time specified by the Commission for valid reasons, they have the right to submit such an application in advance directly at the Commission’s premises.
