The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has added the following issues to the agenda of the special joint session of the Commission and the Public Council of International Experts, scheduled for March 17, 2026 at 10:00:
2. On the correction of a clerical error in the Decision No. 5/vs-25 of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated February 17, 2025 regarding the consideration, at a special joint session, of the question of whether Kateryna Kotelva, a candidate for the position of judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, meets the criteria as provided for in Part Four of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court”.
3. On the correction of a clerical error in the Decision No. 2/vs-25 of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated February 17, 2025 regarding the consideration at a special joint session, of the question of whether Oleh Kimstachov, a candidate for the position of judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, meets the criteria as provided for in Part Four of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Anti-Corruption Court”.
