By a decision of the Commission dated August 27, 2025, cognitive abilities testing was scheduled as part of the qualification exam for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court. The specifics of the procedure for cognitive abilities testing and the methodology for assessing its results have been determined (in Ukrainian).
Please note, that if a participant is given a text with a certain number of test questions, when moving on to the next question, the same main text for the test task is displayed on the screen. Each answer to a test question in this task is evaluated separately.
