On December 19, 2023, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meetings, considered the issue of recommendations for appointment to the positions of judges.
This refers to providing recommendations to the participants of the competitions for 35 vacant positions of local court judges and 7 vacant positions of judges in local general courts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which were announced by the Commission on August 05, 2019.
The Commission decided to make a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the appointment:
- Andrii Diakiv for the position of judge of Drohobytskyi City-Raion Court of Lviv Oblast;
- Nataliia Krasnokutska for the position of judge of Lysychanskyi Town Court of Luhansk Oblast;
- Oleksandr Voitukha for the position of judge of Kramatorsk Town Court of Donetsk Oblast;
- Shevchuk Ruslana for the position of judge of Zastavnivskyi Raion Court of Chernivtsi Oblast;
- Anatolii Selivon for the position of judge of Commercial Court of Rivne Oblast;
- Dmytro Miroshnychenko for the position of judge of Commercial Court of Transcarpathian Oblast;
- Nazar Karnaukh for the position of judge of Kalynivskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast;
- Dmytro Mazur for the position of judge of Lutskyi City-Raion Court of Volyn Oblast;
- Nataliia Skrynnikova for the position of judge of Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Olena Perova for the position of judge of Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Olha Soloviova for the position of judge of Slovianskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast;
- Olha Denkovych for the position of judge of Lutskyi City-Raion Court of Volyn Oblast;
- Ilona Mykhailova for the position of judge of Oktiabrskyi District Court of Poltava City;
- Oleksandra Vikhrova for the position of judge of Commercial Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast;
- Iryna Savchuk for the position of judge of Zhytomyrskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast;
- Taras Yakimets for the position of judge of Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast;
- Svitlana Foroshchuk for the position of judge of Starobilskyi Raion Court of Luhansk Oblast;
- Nataliia Hordiichuk for the position of judge of Rivnenskyi Town Court of Rivne Oblast;
- Serhii Krasnokutskyi for the position of judge of Sievierodonetskyi Town Court of Luhansk Oblast;
- Kristina Aloshyna for the position of judge of Zaporizhya Circuit Administrative Court;
- Andrii Patiievych for the position of judge of Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Olha Prymak-Berezovska for the position of judge of Obolonskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Olha Balaklytska for the position of judge of Commercial Court of Kyiv City;
- Ruslan Ozadovskyi for the position of judge of Bilotserkivskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Artem Blashchuk for the position of judge of Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Volodymyr Zhyla for the position of judge of Sykhivskyi District Court of Lviv City.
Postponed the consideration of the issue of recommending Vasyl Perepeliuk for the position of a judge of the Storozhynetskyi Raion Court of Chernivtsi Oblast.
