Following the results of the competition for the courts of appeal, announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023, by Decrees of the President of Ukraine dated September 07, 2026 Nos. 882/2026–891/2026 (in Ukrainian), 10 judges were appointed to the Odesa Court of Appeal (recommendations of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated 08.06.2026), 10 judges have been appointed:
- Illia But;
- Nataliia Kolomiiets;
- Alfiia Kurbanova;
- Dmytro Roik;
- Valerii Sopilniak;
- Tetiana Fedorenko;
- Maryna Shanshyna;
- Tetiana Shevyrina;
- Artem Shcherbyna;
- Ivan Yakovenko.
Following the results of the competition for local administrative and local commercial courts, announced by the Commission on August 09, 2019 by Decree of the President of Ukraine dated September 04, 2026 No. 879/2026 (in Ukrainian), the following has been appointed:
- Iryna Klymenko to the Kyiv District Administrative Court.
By Decrees of the President of Ukraine dated September 07, 2026 No. 892/2026 and No. 893/2026 (in Ukrainian), 2 judges were appointed, whose terms of office had expired following the completion of their five-year term:
- Maryna Lozynska to the position of a judge at the Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Taras Zaiets to the position of a judge at the Sviatoshynskyi District Court of Kyiv City.
