On 19 October 2026, a panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine conducted interviews and determined the qualification assessment results for three candidates for judicial positions at the Poltava Court of Appeal.
Based on the qualification assessment results, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

Please be reminded, 16 candidates applied to participate in the competition to fill 15 judicial vacancies at the Poltava Court of Appeal.
A total of 12 candidates have been interviewed: six confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, three failed to confirm, and three are awaiting interviews with the Commission in plenary session. One candidate’s participation in the competition has been terminated.
